Terms and Conditions for Unlimited Hypnotherapy Subscription Plan

1. Service Access

• Coverage: The subscription grants the client unlimited access to hypnotherapy sessions within the subscription period.

• Booking: Clients must schedule sessions in advance through our booking system or contact us directly. Availability is subject to therapist schedules.

• Session Duration: Each session lasts approximately [duration, e.g., 40-50 minutes].

2. Subscription Period

• Duration: The subscription is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

• Renewal: The subscription does not automatically renew. Clients will be notified prior to the expiration of their subscription to discuss renewal options.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Notice Period: Clients must provide at least [24/48] hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the session.

• No-Show Policy: Missed sessions without prior notice will be considered as used and will not be refunded or rescheduled.

4. Session Limits and Usage

• Fair Use: While sessions are unlimited, clients are encouraged to use the service responsibly. Excessive or inappropriate use may result in a review of the subscription and possible modification or termination.

• Transferability: Sessions are non-transferable and can only be used by the subscriber.

5. Fees and Payments

• Subscription Fee: The fee for subscriptions are Monthly Sessions: 12 sessions per year (one per month) $432 (10% off)

3. Bi-Monthly Sessions: 24 sessions per year (two per month) $824 (3 Free sessions)

4. Quarterly Sessions: 4 sessions per year (one every three months) $160

​

5. Weekly Sessions: 52 sessions per year (one per week) $2080

These plans require payment up front

Customized Plans: A mix of sessions tailored to individual progress and goals, possibly

including additional support or follow-ups as needed. (Pay as you go $40 per session)

• Refunds: The subscription fee is non-refundable. No partial refunds will be issued for unused sessions or early cancellation.

6. Termination

• Termination by Client: Clients may terminate their subscription at any time with [notice period, e.g., 30 days] notice. No refund will be provided for the remaining unused period.

• Termination by Provider: We reserve the right to terminate the subscription if clients breach the terms and conditions, engage in inappropriate behavior, or fail to adhere to the booking and cancellation policies. No refund will be issued in such cases.

• Privacy: All client information and session details are kept confidential in accordance with applicable privacy laws and regulations.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Health and Wellness: Hypnotherapy is not a substitute for medical treatment or professional advice. Clients are responsible for consulting with a healthcare provider before starting hypnotherapy.

9. Modifications

• Terms and Conditions: We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of the subscription will constitute acceptance of the new terms.
